Domande frequenti

What is the difference between 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining?

3-axis machining moves the tool along X, Y and Z and is suitable for plates, brackets, pockets and many standard precision parts. 4-axis machining adds a rotary axis to access multiple faces with fewer setups. We review your geometry and tolerances to recommend a suitable process.

What tolerance can you achieve?

Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are available for suitable parts. Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry, size and machining requirements. Please mark critical dimensions on your drawing for engineering review.

Which materials and surface finishes are available?

We machine aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics. Surface finishing options depend on the material and include as-machined, bead blasting, anodizing, plating and powder coating. Specify your preferred material and finish in your inquiry.

Can you make both prototypes and production parts?

Yes. We support single-piece prototypes and production batches. Include the required quantity and any repeat-order requirements so our team can assess fixturing, machining strategy and pricing.

What files and details should I send for a quote?

Send your 3D CAD model and, where available, a 2D PDF drawing with critical dimensions. Include material, quantity, tolerances, surface finish and target delivery date. Use the upload field below to attach your project files.

How do I confirm pricing and delivery time?

Submit the inquiry form with your drawings and requirements. Our team will review the part and confirm pricing and lead time based on complexity, material, finishing and quantity. Any requested delivery date is subject to confirmation.
